Description:
The Game Character Page project will give users the ability create pages for their in-game characters, creating a pseudo-user page where the character can interact with other in-game characters and use the NapalmRiot as a 'normal' user would.

This project will feature:
-Character profile creation options
-ability to set character avatar
-ability to add personal touches to userpage
-ability to post and receive comments and blogs
